Can I wear glasses or a mask?
Depends on the mask (if you’re a ninja, maybe leave it at home), but glasses? No problem. Our system is trained to recognize you, even when you’re looking a little extra!

How do I know when I get a reward?

Is my face stored? How does it work?
No images are stored. Your face is converted into secure, encrypted data that cannot be reverse-engineered.

What kind of data do you store about me?
That depends on whether you’re using PowerLoyalty only, or also PowerPay. For PowerLoyalty, we only store a secure, encrypted version of your face data - no actual images. If you use PowerPay too, we store your payment information in compliance with strict security standards. We don’t collect anything extra, and we definitely don’t sell or leak your info. Your privacy isn’t just important, it’s the foundation of everything we do.

Is the government watching me or something?
This isn’t that kind of face recognition. There’s no Big Brother and no secret surveillance. Our system isn’t designed to monitor or track your behavior. You can still throw trash on the ground (though we really hope you won’t) and we won’t know a thing. We use facial recognition only to verify your identity with your permission. Nothing else.

Can I use PowerLoyalty without using PowerPay?
Yes! PowerLoyalty works independently. You can use it for loyalty alone, or combine it with PowerPay for facial recognition payments. Just keep in mind you’ll need a camera to make the magic happen.
